HB9JBI • Friedhelm Hoffmann

Friedhelm, HB9JBI, is 63 years old. He is married to Anna Margaretha, and they have two daughters (Cecile and Janine) and one son (Marc). Friedhelm runs a consulting company working mostly for international banks and insurance companies.
First licensed in 1982 as HB9SOV, he enjoys contesting, mostly on SSB. He is a member of USKA's Zug club (HB9RF) and HB9SI. Friedhelm was an operator on the 3B6RF Expedition in 2001.

 According to the "World Lighthouse On The Air" Program, there is a lighthouse on Côn Có Island that is valid for WLOTA awards. We have been informed that QSOs with 3W6C will be valid for WLOTA #2557 after receipt of validation. Read more on the WLOTA program on their web site. |
