Pilots
Our pilots are experienced DXers who observe the DXpedition's operation from their locations. They provide the head pilot with information concerning the best operating times and bands for their regions along with positive and negative comments about our operating. The pilots forward not only their own observations but also relay information they receive from DXers in their region. Anyone who would like to contact "his" pilot can use the following contact information.
The head pilot collects the reports from all the other pilots and sends a daily summary to the team leader on Con Co. In this way, we are in a position to react quickly and modify our operation to accommodate special propagation conditions or requests from a given region.

 According to the "World Lighthouse On The Air" Program, there is a lighthouse on Côn Có Island that is valid for WLOTA awards. We have been informed that QSOs with 3W6C will be valid for WLOTA #2557 after receipt of validation. Read more on the WLOTA program on their web site. |
